The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms, networks, and referrals, providing consultative guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies, achieving and exceeding monthly placement targets while maintaining a high-quality approach.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the legal industry
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a consultative mindset
