Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Support Engineer. As a key member of our technical operations group, you will play a crucial role in securing and optimizing IT operations for our company and its clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide level 2 support for all aspects of IT systems and services, ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our operations. This includes handling technical support requests, resolving issues, and contributing to maintaining a high-performing IT environment.

You will work closely with our global teams across multiple time zones to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of providing industry-leading certifications and staying ahead of technology trends.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as cloud infrastructure support, system and data security, Intune device management, Power Platform, and more.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering preferably minimum of 3 years as L2 in an AU MSP environment.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
  • Understanding of IT management principles and commitment to maintaining high security standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Problem solver who can investigate issues, identify solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
