Project Engineer Specialist (Software Automation)Join to apply for the Project Engineer Specialist (Software Automation) role at WHR Global ConsultingJob SummaryThe Engineering Project Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering and automation projects. This position supports project management activities, coordinates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with standards, and contributes to both technical and operational aspects of the project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing engineering and automation projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project timelines and track progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Monitor change requests, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct site visits to inspect quality, safety compliance, and progress.

Ensure all engineering activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, clients, and vendors to align technical and project requirements. Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.

Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and evaluating vendor proposals. Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to solution development. Help establish and improve project procedures, templates, and documentation standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and engineering practices. Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–2 years in project coordination or a leadership capacity. Proficiency in PLC/SCADA systems and AutoCAD (2D/3D).

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proven ability to lead or support engineering teams and interface with various stakeholders. Experience in automation/electrical systems and software coding is a plus.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
