Customer Operations Analyst Job

The position of Customer Operations Analyst involves organizing customer escalations, expedites, and allocations to ensure fair and prioritized service for our growth customers. This role requires evaluating excess material for optimal disposition, managing customer returns, contributing to product lifecycle initiatives, and assisting with special projects that benefit the Supply Chain team or enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the resolution of customer operational issues, including expedites, allocations, and product holds, by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support product change management activities, such as submitting and tracking Product Change Notices (PCNs).
  • Dispose of Work-In-Process (WIP) inventory without future forecasts/orders following Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) procedures.
  • Coordinate Return Material Authorizations.
  • Assist with data analysis to classify products based on their lifecycle stage, sales, quoting, and sampling activity.
  • Communicate major changes in program activity, including product ramps, to Master Planning and Operations teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with global customer support.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to informed decisions.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience with Semiconductor supply chain (Probe, Assembly, or Test).
