We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our sales pipeline and outreach efforts.

This role combines outbound calling with video content creation to engage prospects and communicate the value of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate interest and collect email addresses from potential prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records for smooth workflow.
  • Produce personalized, educational videos (around 10 minutes each) for prospects, following a general script while speaking naturally and confidently.
  • Gather necessary information before recording.
  • Upload and manage videos on a YouTube channel.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients throughout the sales process.

Our ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and comfortable managing both sales conversations and on-camera presentations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or light accent preferred.
  • Prior outbound calling or sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, able to speak naturally without reading directly from a script.
  • Familiarity with video recording software and YouTube.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand basic digital marketing terms.
