Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the team when necessary

Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings

Perform internet research, data collection, and report preparation

Maintain and organize digital files and records

Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion

Support social media updates and light content creation (optional based on skillset)

Coordinate with team members and vendors as required

Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

Assist in creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)

Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote working environment

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools like QuickBooks or Xero

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
