Artificial Intelligence Capacity Expert

We are seeking a skilled AI Capacity Engineer to join our team. As an AI Capacity Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our artificial intelligence systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage model pools, ensuring accurate provisioning and decommissioning across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Implement timely security patches for all model pools to maintain system security.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in government clouds and Microsoft internal services.
  • Monitor model pool usage metrics and adjust quotas based on business demand and AI inference load to optimize resource allocation.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows for lifecycle operations and monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and governance.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages for automation and service development.
  • Hands-on experience with Geneva Actions for resource lifecycle automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Explorer and Kusto Query Language (KQL) for monitoring and analytics.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code or similar development environments.
  • Solid understanding of model lifecycle, scaling, and quota management in cloud environments.
  • Experience in security patch management in regulated or government cloud environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with large-scale cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Understanding of performance tuning and cost optimization for cloud-based ML services.
