Job Responsibilities:
- To offer Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industria at Gobyerno (Pag-IBIG) Financing to clients as recourse to recover accounts which have been declined by bank financing institutions.
- To review and qualify accounts for delivery to Pag-IBIG.
- To timely deliver accounts to Pag-IBIG, and monitor loan approval up to takeout.
- To monitor conversion to Real Estate Mortgage (REM), delivery of transferred collateral documents to Pag-IBIG, and collection of retention fees.
- To provide quality and efficient services to internal and external clients.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
- With at least 2 years work experience in Pag-Ibig Loan processing
- With at least 1 year of working experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Willing to report in Makati city
