Seeking a skilled bookkeeper to maintain financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable.

This is a remote position with the following schedule:

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
