Job Summary

Accounting & Payroll Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a professional with excellent accounting and payroll skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll preparation, including computation, processing, and disbursement of employee salaries.
  • Compliance Management: Prepare and process government contributions, tax documentation, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
  • Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and employee data.
  • Task Execution: Adapt quickly to new tasks and execute instructions accurately with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related accounting field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll functions.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
  • Critical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
