Job Title: Payroll Senior Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and accountability of all payroll functions in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

  • Manages the accurate and timely administration, preparation, and processing of all payrolls.
  • Monitors and leads payroll processing function to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Ensures the accuracy of information held and maintains data integrity through regular audits.

Key Performance Indicators include:

  • Reporting timelines are met with 100% accuracy.
  • Accurate and timely administration, preparation, processing, and transmission of payrolls.
  • Compliance with regulatory, legislative, and global standard requirements.

Requirements:

Experience
  • At least 5 years of shared services payroll experience at a senior level.
Education
  • Preferably a college graduate of an Accounting course or similar discipline.
Skills/Competencies
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Sound knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems.
