The Technical Support Advocate will support customers, partners, and colleagues by maintaining professionalism, understanding our services, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries in accordance with SLAs
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  4. Escalate complex issues when necessary
  5. Stay updated with evolving technologies and adapt to process changes
  6. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge
  7. Share knowledge with the team and assist in training new members
  8. Deepen understanding of client products and services
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses
  10. Support team collaboration and take on additional responsibilities as needed
