Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for multiple positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
  • Contribute to performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creative or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and collaborative tools.
