Job Description

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Resources and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at Deputy. You will provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and consider how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

This role is part of a global team spanning Australia, US, UK, and India, specifically responsible for the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  2. Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  3. Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Ensure the People Ops playbook is kept up to date with documented processes and links.
