Service Proposal Specialist Job Description

This role is part of our team that assists in creating services proposals and bids globally. We work closely with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide to understand project scope and opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • We partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to identify functional scope of the solution before bid estimation.
  • Effectively interact with customers (internal) to create services proposals ('bids') for Infor solutions globally.
  • We contribute to ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.
  • Owning and maintaining content in identified repositories to streamline bid creation.
  • We work flexibly on timings/shifts to meet requirements of other regions.
  • Proactively work under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients and customers.
