Job Title: Risk Insurance Support SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Insurance Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the insurance industry.About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to our experienced Risk Advisors, ensuring seamless daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing and assisting with insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents, as well as maintaining and updating client records and policy information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assist with insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents for client servicing.
  • Process and input data accurately into web-based systems, CRMs, and editable PDFs.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications and supporting documentation.
  • Manage billing processes with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Organize and track outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements.
  • Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier).
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and commit to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning insurance concepts.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. You will work 5 days a week, including one weekend day, with 2 consecutive days off.
