Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution

• Manage paperwork, documentation, and filing systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and development

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO, providing timely and relevant support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

• Proven track record of providing exceptional support and services to senior-level executives

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions and implementing process improvements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
