Your Key Responsibilities

As a US Client Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be on acquiring new accounts for US clients through outbound calls to gather essential information for job creation. You may also be involved in business negotiations and sales activities aimed at securing orders. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the marketing & sales team to develop strategies that bring potential clients to the consideration stage.

Your key duties may include:

  • Establishing connections with prospective clients and accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Engaging with clients, responding to their inquiries, and following up on leads
  • Gathering critical client information required for job creation

Essential Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a neutral accent to effectively communicate with American clients
  • Sophisticated negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage client relationships and expectations
  • A business-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems, such as Kintone or similar platforms
  • Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls efficiently
  • Prior experience in staffing or job board services, preferably in the medical/dental industry or SaaS sales
