About the Role

As a seasoned credit professional, we are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the position of Credit Portfolio Manager.

  • This role will involve overseeing the effective management of credit risk and ensuring the quality and timeliness of loan proposals across various business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate loan proposals from lending units, guaranteeing holistic credit risk assessment and compliance with bank policies.
  • Supervise and perform account renewals, evaluations of prospective borrowers, and various credit requests and reports in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strong credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure high-quality portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure strict adherence to documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage administrative duties and supervise credit personnel as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business or related field (Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in credit management, focusing on commercial and corporate loans.
  • Proven track record of people management and problem-solving skills.
