Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Expert to handle customer support calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, skilled in written communication, and comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear, empathetic solutions
  • Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
  • Provide guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
Requirements
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
