Portfolio Leadership Role

This position is focused on leading the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, concentrating on the Wireless/Wireline portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing directions, developing strategies and plans for the portfolio. They will define and update standard product specifications and service levels based on market trends and customer needs.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Wireless/Wireline portfolio.
  • Lead the extended product team to deliver product specifications and the required product experience.
  • Drive profitability by optimizing product costs and ensuring the assigned portfolio meets business goals.
  • Prioritize opportunities and define a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage demand forecast within the portfolio and assess business viability for infrastructure development.
  • Provide inputs to segment and trade marketing for go-to-market plans; contribute to the creation of marketing materials and client pitch decks.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with IT/Telco industry experience.
  • Understanding of basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management.
  • Skills in Product & Marketing principles, Leadership & Management, Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional effectiveness.
  • Problem solving & Decision making skills; strong financial management (profitability and cost management).
  • Customer centricity.
