APAC Portfolio Leader

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will push your skills and experience to the next level? We are looking for a talented professional to lead our new product development projects across the APAC region.

Job Description:

As an APAC Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end NPD projects. This includes working closely with various teams to ensure timely, within-budget launches and meeting company objectives. You will drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and ensure smooth transitions from development to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing NPD plans in collaboration with project managers to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Driving co-branding and co-development strategies with vendors to enhance speed to market.
  • Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure high service levels and optimized costs.
  • Leading post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce development lead time and enhance process effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in project/program management or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • A degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field; PMP/CSCP certification is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in digital supply chain initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive change across a broad portfolio of requirements.
  • Fluent in English and available to travel.
