Our team seeks a skilled Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of our group of call center associates.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of associates, ensuring they meet performance metrics and adhere to organizational policies. They will also provide coaching and mentorship to team members, identify performance issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Supervise a team of call center associates and ensure they meet performance metrics.

  • Identify performance issues and develop action plans to correct them.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • An associate's degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on site in Cebu.
