About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our Cebu/Baybay site. As a Data Analyst team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and driving the successful completion of team projects.

You will collaborate with clients to determine the goals of team projects and strategize plans to meet those goals.

Assigns and oversees agents' workloads and ensures that all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively.

Communicates results/suggestions/solutions to any Data Analytic concerns to other departments and management.

Develops and implements quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory compliance.

Evaluates supplier sales trends to prioritize brands worth selling.

Ensures accuracy of the data and deliverables of agents with comprehensive policies and processes.

Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people and technology within the department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.

About You

You have 2 years of experience in data analysis and team management.

You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data sets.

You are an effective communicator and leader who can motivate and guide teams towards achieving their objectives.

You are adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have knowledge of data visualization tools.
