Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive training programs, facilitating engaging sessions, and providing personalized coaching to drive individual growth and maximize sales effectiveness.

  • Develop and deliver tailored training programs focusing on advanced sales techniques, consultative selling, and leveraging LinkedIn's platform to enhance sales performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and processes, aligning them with industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales training or coaching role, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data into actionable insights for coaching and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Location and Work Arrangements

This is a Virtual First role, with work outside of an office being the primary experience. While you have the flexibility to work from home, we require you to be located in a commutable distance to our local office to ensure seamless collaboration when needed. Please note that PEZA regulations mandate us to track and record the movement of company-owned work equipment, so any changes to your location require prior approval from management.
