Procurement Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. They will work closely with the Operations Director to develop and maintain a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR evidence of equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams
