As a key member of the supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving implementation and execution of strategic objectives and business plans. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop cross-functional category teams, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational excellence improvements.

The position involves:

  • Developing and project-managing the execution of category strategies that influence business decisions
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure effective relationships and maximize value to the organization
  • Providing strategic input into category management frameworks and approaches
  • Designing and implementing effective SCM data strategies and standards

You will also be responsible for:

  • Building high-performing teams through talent development and succession planning
  • Establishing a motivated culture within the supply chain environment
  • Protecting information assets and maintaining document confidentiality

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with technical background and financial exposure preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in power plant-related fields and supply chain management
  • Leadership experience at a managerial level, with a proven track record of leading category management and strategic sourcing initiatives
