Case Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Case Manager, responsible for ensuring community safety through case management of adults subject to orders within the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cases for individuals under community-based supervision orders, focusing on risk assessment and rehabilitation.
- Maintain high standards of assessment to support effective supervision and ensure compliance with assessed risk and need.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate reintegration and improve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your community by consulting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organizations to address Indigenous over-representation within the criminal justice system.
Requirements:- Possession of a valid driver's licence (minimum C class) is essential as regular travel across various locations is required.
- You may be expected to work outside normal hours or temporarily relocate to another location.
The successful candidate may be eligible to receive relocation expenses according to the Transfer and Appointment Expenses Directive.
