HR Employee Relations Officer Role

We are seeking a trusted advisor to build a positive work culture and guide HR processes that drive business impact.

Lead key HR programs from performance management to onboarding and offboarding, shaping each team member's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategies to uphold labor policies and regulations, ensuring a compliant workforce.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases, providing expert advice.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes, promoting employee satisfaction.
  • HR Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employees addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in labor laws and regulations with experience handling comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition and development.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on employee engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field, preferably with relevant certifications.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement, driving a culture of inclusivity.
