Strategic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a 12-month strategic communications plan for our flagship client.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality content outputs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to shape content, manage outputs, and ensure timely delivery of key communication materials across digital, print, and live formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 12-month strategic communications plan for a flagship client, aligning content outputs with agreed objectives and milestones.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to raise awareness of ongoing projects and ensure messaging is aligned.
  • Regularly review and update client website content, providing editorial and UX feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in communications, media, marketing, or content management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a sharp editorial eye.
  • Experience managing or delivering communications for high-profile institutional or international clients.
  • Confident working independently and across remote, multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with content planning, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and editorial workflows.
