We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online presence across multiple platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about online communities, has strong communication skills, and is able to create engaging content. You will have the ability to work with our design, marketing, and product teams to align your content with our brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Create and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.
  • Build and nurture our online community through regular interaction and creative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Monitor social channels and community sentiment, escalating feedback to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in social media or community management.
  • Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic design skills are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for online communities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with influencer outreach or community ambassador programs.
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools.
