Travel Operations Specialist

Job Description

The role of the Travel Operations Specialist is to ensure seamless travel arrangements for colleagues and guests attending company meetings and industry events worldwide.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve travel-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the business services team to develop plans for company and industry events.
  • Hold travel vendors accountable for delivering high-quality service.
  • Verify invoices to ensure accurate charges and prompt payments, credits, and refunds for travel expenses.
  • Monitor trends, expenditure, emissions, and compliance with company policy.
  • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage.
