Workday Payroll Specialist

 

Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results and manage individual workloads with confidence. Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and design tailored solutions.

 

We seek professionals with experience in consulting environments, particularly those working with Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll systems. Certification in US payroll is essential. Communication skills are vital for building trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification (US payroll)
  • Consulting experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of remote teams
  • Able to plan workload and meet deadlines
  • Some consulting skills e.g., presenting, participating in workshops
  • Aware of confidentiality policies and ensure information security
  • Able to learn about international regulatory requirements

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Australian Payroll Experience
  • Post-deployment services experience
