About the Job

This role involves mapping products accurately to eBay's catalog, ensuring that they are categorized correctly within eBay's category structure to enhance visibility, search relevance, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map products using product identifiers such as UPC, EAN, MPN, or SKU to ensure accurate representation on eBay.
  • Categorize products according to eBay's guidelines to maximize their visibility and appeal.
  • Optimize product data to meet eBay's listing requirements, ensuring high-quality listings that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify correct mapping and categorization of existing listings.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date product information and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Identify and resolve any mismatches or errors in product mapping or categorization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with eBay Seller Hub or other eBay listing tools (e.g., Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, InkFrog).
  • Strong understanding of eBay's category structure and product listing guidelines is essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and product optimization is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
