Remote E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of work for companies worldwide.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, product optimization, and customer engagement.

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to improve website user experience and drive sales growth.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities that meet business objectives.
  3. Optimizing product listings and content to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Building strong relationships with customers, content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses to drive business growth.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
  6. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Developing and executing PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  8. Performing ad-hoc tasks as required to support business objectives.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.

Salary package:

  • Entry level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 34,000
  • Intermediate level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 42,000
  • Expert level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
