Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize product data to meet eBay listing requirements and improve listing quality, resulting in increased customer engagement and conversions.
  • Audit existing listings to ensure correct mapping and categorization, maintaining the integrity of product information.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain accurate product information, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Resolve product mapping or categorization mismatches or errors promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date on eBay category and catalog changes to adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with eBay Seller Hub or listing tools (e.g., Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, InkFrog) is essential for success in this role.
  • A strong understanding of eBay's category structure and product listing guidelines will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets are critical skills for this position, requiring precision and accuracy in your work.
