Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for timely submissions.
  • Lead the consolidation of financial reports using SAP BPC.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting structures within FPRS.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial scorecards.
  • Monitor and report on restructuring initiatives across subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and validate property appraisals for financial reporting and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and manage documentary requirements for financial and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial documentation submitted to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, compliance, and financial consolidation.
  • Proficient in SAP BPC and familiar with FPRS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
