Project Leader

As a highly skilled and experienced project leader, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from planning to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed within the agreed-upon time frame, budget, and quality standards.

  • You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality.
  • Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate teams will drive project success and help to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • In collaboration with other departments, you will identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with construction project management software and tools is an asset.
