Job Description:

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to join our growing HR Team as a Reporting and Automation Specialist.

  • On-time delivery of existing reports, partner with various HR stakeholders for new report requests or changes in requirements
  • Routine quality checks on reports produced, resolve data or production process issues (escalate to manager when necessary)
  • Partner with IT in developing and maintaining our HR reporting data warehouse
  • Assist in automating HR processes using state-of-the-art tools
  • Pioneer the integration of new technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation and AI
  • Ensure compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any technical course (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL is required
  • Reporting experience from any HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and strong attention to detail
