HR Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing HR data to inform business decisions and drive organizational growth.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or business analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and automation software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
