Data-Driven Financial Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our cross-functional team. As a key member, you will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements across various departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR)
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
