Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all export/import activities to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain adherence to process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operations.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via email, escalating difficulties according to SOPs/IOPs.
  • Enhance standard procedures while processing export/import documents to meet end customer requirements.
  • Suggest changes to operating processes based on experience.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to work in a mid-shift schedule and hybrid setup.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Shipping (Voice or Non-voice).
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese).
  • Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce (case management).
  • High analytical skills, ownership, and multi-tasking abilities.
