Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Dispatch Support – Assist in monitoring and coordinating daily towing operations, ensuring timely dispatch of drivers and trucks.
  2. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of service requests, job completions, and incident reports for management tracking.
  3. Customer Coordination – Handle client inquiries, update them on service status, and escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Logistics Support – Monitor vehicle availability, fuel usage, and assist in scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  1. Education -Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years college in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  2. Work Experience:Open to fresh graduate but 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transport services is an advantage.
  3. Must have flexible schedule since the nature of work is emergency services.

Setup: Monday to Friday; 45 hours per week. The schedule can be discussed during the final interview due to the nature of work (emergency services).
