Job Description

The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and research local government unit incentives. This includes creating an electronic library of incentive ordinances, assessing the qualification of future projects for local incentives, and providing advice to business units.

Additionally, the position entails coordinating with business units and local government units to facilitate the submission of application documents. This includes sending automatic email reminders and scheduling follow-up meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on LGU Incentive Ordinances and create an e-library for easy reference.
  • Evaluate the qualification of SM's future projects for local incentives and provide advice to BUs through memorandum.
  • Coordinate with BUs and LGUs on documentary requirements for applications, including sending automatic email reminders to BUs and scheduled follow-ups with LGUs.
  • Monitor and report the status of ongoing local incentive applications across various LGUs, companies, projects, industries, and LGUs.
