Lead Business Strategist

It provides users with investment options, educational resources, and real-time market data, quickly becoming a leader in digital investing in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Incubation of New Products: Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto & investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations. Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products to drive product excellence. Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams. Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery. Prioritise features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fin-tech industry.
