Job Description

As a Chief Architect and Innovation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap that aligns with our broader enterprise goals.

You will lead the development of innovative solutions, making high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches. This involves evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence and ensuring that architectural decisions are guided by industry best practices.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will serve as a strategic partner to our executive team, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders, and mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
