Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As an BDR, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our senior leadership.

About the Role:

  • Make timely and effective outbound cold calls using provided contact lists.
  • Qualify leads and communicate our business offering with discipline and resilience.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling high call volumes with excellent time management skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
