Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their offshore team supporting a leading financial advisory practice in Australia. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless experiences for clients.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents accurately and on time.
  • Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies at all times.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management. Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
