  • Job Summary: We seek a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts, maximizing revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth on assigned customers through strategic account planning, execution, and relationship-building. You will develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customer organization, acting as the primary point of contact for our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, with previous experience in B2B sales or account management. Fluency in English is essential, and ideally, you should be based in the UK or Gibraltar.

You will thrive in this role if you are a self-starter, motivated to succeed, with highly developed social and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, combined with commercial acumen and analytical skills, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
  • Monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
  • Regularly report KPIs and status of accounts to senior management
Requirements:
  • Previous B2B iGaming experience is mandatory
  • Fluent English is required
  • Ideal location: UK or Gibraltar
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and social skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
