Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our financial operations, drive strategic growth, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.
  • Lead quarterly planning and revenue target-setting for all business units, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own company-wide P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and runway analysis.
  • Drive scenario modeling and ROI assessments on new projects, channel launches, and product experiments.
  • Partner with brand leaders to develop and execute monetization, pricing, and profitability strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in startups, media, or consumer brands.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
